Breakthrough after fasting and praying
One of my relatives is a 12-year-old girl ( in grade 7) who lives with her father.
Towards the end of last year the family noticed a dramatic change in her behaviour. They also noted she had a new friend and that she started shunning her old friends. She also spent so much time on her phone and became quite cheeky.
The family thought that it was typical teenage rebellion, until the patterns of behaviour became alarming.
She was locking herself in the bathroom, or bedroom, and would not eat with her family and she even refused to eat at a restaurant.
When school started, the family noticed with growing concern, even more dark behaviour. One day when it appeared she was pretending to be feeling ill, her father asked another family member to take her to the doctor.
She was really rude to the doctor, refused to cooperate with him and locked herself in the bathroom at the doctors rooms. The doctor recommended that she see a psychologist.
As she was becoming more morose, we spend the first Friday in February fasting and praying, accompanied by some warfare.
The family experienced miracle! It took about a week for her to return to the happy, bubbling over little girl that she had been.
This needed fasting, prayer and the expertise of a good psychologist. – Anonymous (to protect the family).
