Prayer for healing answered

Estelle shares how she was touched and healed during the Sunday service, on 9 February, at ESCC:

“I had woken up that morning with a really bad, throbbing headache. My husband, Louis and I decided to still go to the church service, to be there and participate. In the ESCC foyer I met Judy and I told her about the headache. She said, “Come, let’s pray and let’s ask God that by the end of worship time, in the service, the headache will be gone”’ So that’s what we did. 

Then I went into the service and there was worship and Bruce preached and I made notes and we chatted to people afterwards. Then on the way home in the car, I suddenly realised that I had no headache.

 I just want to thank the Lord that He touched me that Sunday morning. I don’t even know when, but, I know that I walked into the service with this throbbing headache and on the way home I realised that the headache was gone. 

God did the most amazing work. When and how during the service I don’t know. But I do know that I walked out differently than when I walked in. I want to give praise to the Lord for being a good, good Father and for touching me and healing me and restoring me from this headache.” – Estelle
