A story of divine healing
“I incurred a shoulder injury and as a result had an MRI, which revealed a 3,5cm tear in the labrum. I received prayer from those in my cell group as well as from the pastoral team and when I went into theatre, the tear was only 1cm – no repair was necessary. Only the torn tendon needed repair.
Later I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and it was immensely painful. During the last communion service I prayed for pain relief and the pain lifted while I was sitting in church. I again went for prayer afterwards for healing from the frozen shoulder. Three people laid hands on me but I felt four sets of hands and I also felt a gentle massaging of exactly where the one key-hole surgical site is on my shoulder. It felt as if a warm bean bag was lying on my shoulder. By the time I got home I could extend my arm above my head! No more frozen shoulder! This happened in about 15 minutes from prayer to healing!”
