A Bit About Us
The escc Young Adults community has really been shaped by Ezekiel 37, which is the vision of the valley of dry bones.
“Then he said to me, ‘Prophesy to these bones and say to them, Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life.’” Ezekiel 37:4-5
This passage reminds us that Jesus didn’t die just so we could wait around for eternity – He came so that we could truly live now. Full of His Spirit. Full of purpose.
In this verse, God brings dead, dry bones to life – and we believe He’s calling us to do the same: to live the Christian life fully and to speak the Word of the Lord over one another – calling out life where there’s been dryness. We desire more than anything to breathe life into our generation.
How to Connect
Young Adults is a community, not just an event. We have three weekly touchpoints where connection and growth can happen:
Teaching Thursdays
Is all about coming together to worship God, to grow in His Word as iron sharpens iron, and to share fellowship in the week.
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Location: ESCC Pre-Primary Building (From the circle, keep driving straight. As the road bends to the left, you’ll see the Pre-Primary Building on the back corner, separate from the main campus)
Social Saturdays
Are all about connection and community. We get together outside of church – whether it’s over coffee, a hike, playing padel, or just hanging out – to build friendships and do life together.
Communication: Socials are organized and posted on our WhatsApp Community group. To get added, please make contact with us.
Sunday Brew
Is our moment to reconnect after the morning service – sharing a cup of coffee or tea, catching up, and enjoying community. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your Sunday and recharge for the week ahead.
