Moms Connect
The early days of motherhood can feel overwhelming and even a bit lonely, but they don’t have to be. At Moms Connect, you’ll meet other moms facing the same joys and hurdles, giving you a space to laugh, learn, and lighten the load together. And while you’re building friendships, your baby will benefit from early social interaction, helping them adjust to new faces and sounds—a gentle start to a lifetime of connection.
Tea and coffee are provided and you’re welcome to bring babies and toddlers. The group is led by Lizl Dunn, a mother and qualified birth and postpartum doula who works with moms in the private sector.
This is an informal get-together in a relaxed setting with no structured agenda and meets every second Friday.
