Gaining a broader perspective of worship through joining the worship team
Simone shares how the worship community at ESCC is very important to her. She said, “Setting aside time for the practices and for prepping for worship – it’s a sacrifice initially, but then I realise that it’s not a sacrifice at all because of the reward that I get.”
Simone also shared that her perspective of worship has broadened and how rewarding it is to be used by God as part of the worship team. “Knowing that I’m somehow helping somebody else achieve breakthrough by being a gateway, or a passage, for the Holy Spirit to move in this place is very rewarding. It makes me excited to come again the next week.”
