How getting involved has been a blessing

In March 2023 at one of our All-In Celebration gatherings, we heard stories of God’s goodness from our volunteers in various ministries. We also heard from Viwe, who explained how she and her family found a sense of community at El Shaddai Christian Church after moving from Pineland’s to Durbanville.

“When we were coming here people said, ‘Oh… the Boerewors Curtain, the Boerewors Curtain and we were really scared because… I mean we were very black. And, the first time we came into El Sahddai someone welcomed us and invited us to have lunch in their house.”
